I’ve been cooking for a long time.  I thought about going to cooking school, but went to law school instead.  Six years later, I quit law to pursue cooking.  Naturally.

In 2008, I published this:  Cooking With Marie: On Any Occasion! (Bright Sky Press).

And really pursued this.

Now I pursue this.

Good for you to follow your dreams and passion. Thanks grill Salmon and normally pair with homemade cilantro/walnut pesto and baked sweet potato. Will try Salmon tacos with Cilantro-Lime sauce (p.s. being a cook/chef myself will add a touch of garlic and fresh ground pepper). Thanks for the inspiration.
