This is one of my favorite meals, I feel like the healthy salad on the top makes up for eating the delicious fried tortillas! It’s a give and take…kinda like your cheap food for nice shoes train of thought;)

Rarely leave comments on recipe pages but this recipe is fantastic. Made this for fish tacos on my mothers birthday everyone loved it and few eyebrows raised while eating… I’m also a cook at a retreat center and used it today for chicken quesadillas. People flipped out and a few had to know what was in them…

My computer is in the kitchen, so I just turn on aol radio and set it to country.
BTW Lebanese food is the bomb, I especially love light, refreshing and nutritious tabbouleh.
