Get Up & Go Green Smoothie

Makes 1 big smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop Jay Robb Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon almond butter

1/2 Tablespoon Illy Ground Espresso Powder

1 scoop MCT Oil powder (read about the benefits here)

1/2 Tablespoon La Vencedora Mexican vanilla (my favorite vanilla!)

1 cup (lightly packed) fresh baby spinach leaves

1/2 – 3/4 cup ice, depending how thick or thin you like your smoothie

3/4 – 1 cup water, depending how thick or thin you like your smoothie

Optional: whipped cream on top (because yummmmm)

Instructions:

Put everything in your Vitamix and blend until smooth.

Pour. Drink. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO. GO.
