As promised, I’m providing a list of some of my favorite ingredients for weeknight meals — including several of the items I had on display during the talk, like the Alessi white balsamic vinegar, Texas BBQ sweet rub, Herdez salsa verde, Cookwell chili mix, POMI boxed tomatoes, and Thai Kitchen fish sauce.
