We make this creamy lemon-dill sauce every week, and it could not be easier: four ingredients and five minutes is all you need!
The sauce is lovely on salmon, or alongside chicken or pork. It’s also great for dipping veggies or as a salad dressing. Also, the sauce can be made up to one week ahead, so this is a great one for weekend meal prep.
If you don’t have dill, or just want to change things up, feel free to sub fresh tarragon. Both herbs are perfect for your spring and summer menus!
