Easy Pink Pickled Onions

I love pickled onions. I put them on everything: BarbacoaPork VerdePulled PorkThai Lettuce Wraps, as well as almost any burger, dog, sandwich, taco or salad.

If you happen to have leftover Bread-and-Butter Pickle juice, you can toss the sliced red onions in there (instructions here) for the easiest pickled onions ever.

And if you don’t, well you can still make them from scratch with just a few ingredients! Feel free to get creative with other spices … peppercorns, jalapeño slices, and oregano would all be lovely! Hope you enjoy these as much as we do.
