We just can’t get enough of these oven-roasted green beans! They are so easy to make (just 20 minutes in the oven), and absolutely delicious when served hot! If you close your eyes (and drink like 2-3 glasses of wine) you just might mistake them for French fries :)
I love to drizzle them with Balsamic glaze and plenty of salt before serving. You can also add 1-2 shallots for extra flavor; just toss them right in with the green beans and cook along with the beans in the oven. Yummers!
