Do you like tacos? (There is only one correct answer here, btw.)
You do? Okay great! Well, then you NEED to make this slaw. It’s so crunchy and fresh with not too much mayo and just the right amount of heat. And, it goes well with almost any taco filling (ground beef or bison, pulled pork, or grilled fajita meat, chicken, salmon or shrimp)!
To make the slaw, you’ll first need to whip up a batch of my Best Ever Cilantro Lime Sauce, which, if you make in your food processor, takes less than five minutes. (I’ll just wait here while you do that.)
Okay! Now you’ll need finely shredded cabbage. You can slice your own, or buy it already shredded. Next add a minced jalapeño, drizzle of olive oil and S&P, toss everything with the sauce, and you’re done.
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes while you go make a margarita. Then serve with tacos. YUM.
